I’ve come to understand that each of us have to be aware of who is in front of us at any given point. While this Talmudic saying refers to God, it has grown to mean more than that to me. It means always remain conscious of not only your most deeply beloved friends and family are navigating, but stay cognizant of your surroundings and everyone that crosses your path. That insight may make a difference further down the line.

There is so much going weighing my spirit down right now.

+Breathing is a challenge.

+Struggles with a beloved friend.

+New beginnings and profound endings.

+Fear that regardless of what I do, I can never be or do enough.

+The brokenness of our world.

+AND so much more. . .

Yet my new and beloved friend Heather Rose Blakeman has reminded me that I can do this! I can focus forward. . .show up. . .and even succeed. All of us can.

Regardless of the work to be done, if we focus forward, we can emerge and land in a better place!!
